MARIANA PAJON Mariana Pajón Londoño, born in Medellín on October 4, 1991. Her parents had sports in their blood. Carlos, his father, was a motorist and a bicicross rider, while Claudia, the mother, practiced horse riding and volleyball. Thus, with only three years, little Mariana was ready to choose in which sport she was going to compete, and she chose cycling. He simply got on a bicycle and never abandoned it. So many were his desire to pedal that he started running even though there was no category for his age. An unexpected incident was going to marginalize her from the races for a few months. A reckless cyclist entered the track and led her ahead. Mariana fell and suffered a clavicle fracture.
